Your time is a value to us and we invest ours into making sure your eyeglasses are ordered in a timely manner to help with a prompt delivery.
When should you expect your custom eyewear to arrive…
We do everything we can to get your eyeglasses to you in about a week. However some eyeglasses may take longer due to prescription, frame shape, frame availability, lens design, and material of the lenses.
What you should expect from new prescription eyewear….
Any prescription change will feel different at first, and it may take time for you vision to adjust. At the date of delivery we will dispense and make adjustments on your new eyewear.
Continued care for you and your eyewear….
We warranty all of our frames within one year of the original order date. We warranty all lenses purchased with anti-reflective or scratch protection within one year of the original order date. You are always welcome to come in for free repairs (if repairable) and adjustments.
Informed Consent…
We welcome any of your questions that you may have so you can make an informed decision on your eyewear. You do not need an appointment with our opticians so feel free to take your time looking at frames and discussing lens options. If you would like, you are welcome to come back at another date. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays, 7:30 am until noon. Friends and Family are welcome.
Some insurance plans have benefits for eyeglasses that we are more than happy to work with.
We will begin to work on your order as soon as payment is received. We specialize all of our glasses to ensure that you receive the sharpest possible vision. Due to the specialized nature of our lenses they cannot be returned, canceled or resold once they have been ordered.
